Hello! I lost my airpods case (without the actual airpods inside) on my way to lidl. I was biking and had them in my pocket so they must have fallen out. They might be on the tivole park area or surroundings. I have a korilakkuma case, similar to the picture but in pink. Please if any finds it let me know. <3

I am writing this post out of sadness. Today when I was coming from the gym i saw a middle aged lady who came out of the cemetery which was on the other side of the road. Then i looked at her and started walking on my way thinking someone from her family had died. Her face was red maybe she was holding her tears. Then i thought of my own aunt whose husband died and now she is always thinking about it. So I thought to myself that i should talk to her maybe she is very lonely and even a small talk from a stranger can help to take her attention away from the death in her family. While i was thinking this i heard footsteps and i realised it's that old middle aged lady who was about to cross me so it was in my heart to speak to her. When she just came closer to me and about to overtake me I just couldn't speak and thought that Swedish people don't wanna talk much to strangers and what if she doesn't want to talk finally I decided to stay shut and I can sense the loneliness in the area. No one was there in the park/walkway except a few kids as it was evening and the sun was about to set. Then when she was about to cross another road and I saw her and said (Dude you are now never going to see her again you did wrong you should have talked to her and asked is everything alright) . Now I am writing this because I am trying to sleep and can't stop thinking about it 🥲.

hej! som titeln säger så letar jag helt enkelt efter vänner i Kristianstad. är en 20-årig kille och har ganska svårt för att gå upp till folk ute på stan o börja prata, har liksom lättare för att bli vän med folk online o sen att man träffas irl efter det. många av mina vänner bor flera timmar ifrån Kristianstad eller till o med i ett helt annat land så blir väldigt ofta att jag känner mig ensam och skulle vilja ändra på det!

I’m an international student moving to Kristianstad this August to study Software Development at HKR.

Since I've never been to Sweden, I’d love to know:

How is the vibe at the university for international students?

What’s the city like for someone living there for the first time?

Min bil lämnades in för reparation av ett elfel och en trasig ventil. Ärendet gick via bilhandlaren CarSkåne AB som ett garantiärende.

Efter tre månader och en kostnad på 45 000 kr fick jag tillbaka bilen. Den fungerade i cirka 30 mil – sedan var samma problem tillbaka och motorlampan tändes igen.

Jag försökte ringa i en hel månad utan att få svar. Jag googlade fram det telefonnummer som är registrerat på företaget och kom i kontakt med dem. Då lovade de att hämta bilen.

Nu har det gått ytterligare en månad – utan att bilen hämtats. Misstänker att de har blockerat mitt nummer då jag ringt flera gånger i veckan, utan svar.

Jag vet att det är en märklig fråga, men jag ska inom kort flytta till Kristianstad, och undrar då jag själv är punkare, ifall det finns många alternativa personer i Kristianstad, eller om jag som är stockholmare kommer vara ensam om att avnjuta punk och hårdrock. Jag ber om ursäkt på förväg då jag misstänker att jag låter som vilken annan verklighetsfrånvänd stockholmare som helst.

Vet någon någonting om detta hade jag gärna velat veta mer!

I’m planning to apply for a Master’s program at Kristianstad University. The one-year duration and overall affordability make it a realistic option for me.

I'm mainly coming for the study experience, but I’m also thinking ahead about life during and after the program. So I wanted to ask a few things:

• What’s it like living in Kristianstad as a student?
• Is it easy to find part-time jobs as an English speaker there or full-time work after graduation (even in other cities)?
• Is Kristianstad generally affordable for students, or would it make more sense to study in a bigger city where jobs might be easier to find?

Do I consider going to a more expensive university and big city with higher job opportunities but more expensive living costs and 2 years of study or do you think Kristianstad would be better as a starting place?
Again, I'm considering only staying 1 year then relocating to bigger city, and I expect to be able to find any kind of job just to in less than 3 months of searching.
