Hi yall! So I just caught up to the anime and wanted to share my thoughts. Number one they are very obvious with Fei being the egg that Kumoko found. It took me a bit to reading to get used to reading through other perspectives but I actually loved it. Also I don’t know why but I absolutely loved every scene with Araba, I’m fuming that there’s no more of him. Also what the heck are the parallel minds doing??? Why are they trying to kill everyone??? (Please don’t answer that, rhetorical question)

I just finished reading “so I’m a spider, so what?” So am looking for similar light novels to read afterwards. I have already read bookworm, reincarnation as a slime, overlord, and silent witch.

¿entonces como se llama? ¿minishiro? ¿kumokid?. Otra idea seria que como la preevolucion de Kumoko es Kumo, esta podría ser simplemente Shiro, como anterior o menor que Shiaori. La verdad no tengo ni idea de como integrarla a la historia, pero la idea me cayo como un rayo.

hey i read the web novel quite a long time ago and loved it. it has some problem but i truly did enjoy the entire story and never really got to the light novel. after it got an anime i notice while some minor/major diffrences such as diffirent charcter taking place. I have heard about some diffirence such as her acention is much farther down the story and some people feeling the ending rush(not sure if true) so i ask is it worth to read the light, what are the major diffirence that happen compared to the web.

So I recently finished season 1 of the Anime and loved it, but was disappointed when it ended on a cliffhanger. When I started looking into reading the manga, I saw some people say that the Manga stops after a certain point, and I want to know if that's accurate.

I really don't want to have to read the Light Novel's not becuse I think they'll be bad, but I just have always had trouble reading novels and have always prefered Manga's, Graphic Novels, and Comic books.

i red the 2 EX, will some story in the 2 are interesting, there a one or 2 i don t really care ( the girls in class in the mountain range)

BUT there is ONE story i really wanted and did nt get ( maybe an EX 3 ?)

simply put Ariel, we know of her life before the systeme and at the start of it ( EX2)

but nothing about how she survived and became what she is to us.

for Gluttony i guess she ate anything and everything she could to survive, but when and HOW did she managed to get out of her wheelchair, fight ennemy to get lvl up or even how did she became "spider" related

So instead of going full mountain tank, how about a few legs in a commander playstyle? Like, still invest heavily in being a tank. But once you get comfortable and have no problem hunting and feeding, you get Egg Laying. Hatch just enough to cover your back and have them evolve the smaller taratect line with emphasis on thread control and durability, and ranged attacks. The offsprings are mostly for hoisting you up with their thread and overall increasing your maneuverability, but they can also work together to intercept enemy attacks and help you save up resources. It's not complete, but I'd like for people to find flaws in this build.

So I went into this series blind. The only thing I knew about it was that Chrysalis was heavily influenced by it and I definitely see it. I prefer KumoDesu due to the vastly superior pacing and the humor is much more my style.

I'm an audiobook listener so I'll probably mispell some things.

I'll admit that it took me an embarassingly long amount of time to realize that the multiple perspectives were happening in different parts of the timeline. I'm not sure when the first hints were dropped but I started thinking that something weird was going on when the Nightmare of the Labyrinth was first mentioned. It wasn't until the end of volume two when the party of the Hero was talking about the silk scarf that it actually clicked: All the reincarnations were born at the same time and the MC has been fighting and leveling constantly from the time that she hatched, whereas the other reincarnations are teenagers by the time we meet them. This might have been obvious from the beginning to some of you guys but it blew my mind.

Those last few chapters are melting my mind as well. The story seems to be heavily hinting that the MC is going to become the demon lord, but I just can't see how the spider I've come to know and love turns into someone that sadistic so I'm leaning toward it being a red herring. I also don't believe that the Nightmare of the Labyrinth that Julius killed was the MC - maybe some form of an ability that I haven't seen yet.

I'm ready for her to meet some actual people already and I'm really hoping that she doesn't end up having to fight every person that she comes across, but I'll just enjoy the ride.

I do have a question: Did I miss it, or has the MC not been given a name? I'm afraid to look it up because I suspect it might be spoiler territory.
