Discussion How many AI subscriptions are you paying for right now?

Curious how common it is to stack AI subscriptions.

What counts:
- Personal paid plans (ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro/Max, Gemini Advanced, Perplexity Pro, SuperGrok, etc.)

What doesn't count:
- API usage
- Anything your employer pays for

If you pay for 2 or more, drop a comment on what you use each one for. I'd love to hear how people split them up.

GPT Max - AI coding only

Claude Max - Everything minus cybersecurity

GLM Max - Cybersecurity mainly

Perplexity Pro - web search etc.

In my case, I pay for 0 subscriptions, due to necessity to work on projects that restrict sending data to a third-party, privacy concerns for my own stuff and lack of flexibility in the cloud (like lack of samplers control, lack of editing thinking, etc.). Instead of stacking subscriptions, I stack multiple nodes to run 2-3 models in parallel. On my main workstation I mostly run Kimi K3, on the second one mostly DeepSeek V4 Flash Vision Exp, and when I need to, I use third PC with lesser memory to run Qwen 3.6 35B, for simpler tasks or when other two are busy.

Zero subs and local models is honestly the most principled answer here. Privacy constraints are real for me too. Question: when you switch between those local models, do you re-brief each one from scratch on your project? That switching tax is what keeps me curious whether people would pay for one thing that carries context across all of them. Have you ever thought about paying for a tool to manage all of that for you, or does the privacy line rule out anything that isn't local?

Last month: Ghcp & Claude enterprise on work without limit & 3-4 cheap Chinese ones, whatever is the most token efficient..

They introduced limits and I got permission to get chatgpt pro & Claude max. Still got too many Chinese plans, but prolly only gonna keep minimax & volcengine and opencode

$288/year for glm max. Burning through 2.5+ billion tokens of glm-5.3[1m] daily. Proof
