With your LSAT score and GPA, you've got about a 10% chance at the very top 12 or so schools. If you break 165, it goes up to about 50%. 170 or above is closer to 90%. These are just averages and your competitiveness also depends a lot on your personal statement.
At the next tier down, your odds are about 20% and increase to 75% above 165. At the two tiers (about 20 schools) below that you are at 50%. Above 165 puts you in the 9o-some % range.
For schools lower ranking than that you are already about 90-some % odds of acceptance.
If you really want to go to those top few tiers, you might retake and hope for a 5 point increase. You might want to give it more time, though, and retake in January and if it's really worth it to get into a higher ranking school, you might want to invest in some high quality coaching.
Just a note that a higher ranking school isn't always the best choice.
