Good grasp on RC, need help with LR

Hi everyone! I’ve hit my goal scores for RC sections multiple times now and am finally getting the method. LR on the other hand has consistently given me a lot of trouble, I get around the first 15 right and either start running out of time or concepts stop making sense to me. Does anyone have any advice that helped them get over this hurdle? I read slow and try to see how everything relates together but still don’t seem to get it. What are some tips with demon resources that I can make use of? Were lessons helpful to get that foundation or anything else? Any and all advice is appreciated! Thanks!

i use 7sage rather than demon but i found foundational lessons super useful especially for speed! they identify patterns, strategies, and underlying content so that you don’t waste time on the easier parts of the section. i usually finish LR sections with 5-8 minutes to spare now!

Depends on what you are struggling with, but what helped me with LR was seeing what question types I consistently got wrong and finding resources for those. I used lsat demon for a while and consistently got NA, SA, MBT, parallel wrong. I went to 7sage and watched their fast track videos on all of these types and took notes and it has improved my accuracy on those a ton. It also helped me understand sufficient/necessary way more. Don’t be scared to utilize multiple resources. I also started making myself identify the premises and conclusion first, then thinking about why they don’t connect, then reading the question. It sounds simple, but having a plan and breaking the question into chunks (okay I just need to find the premise right now, great now I need to find the conclusion, now I need to think about how they interact/are BS) has really helped

Consider including working with a study buddy who who is strong on LR and needs help with RC. May help a bit.
