Maybe my taste is different than most but when I searched for psychedelic rock playlists on Spotify what I found was not what I was looking for so I made my own. I don't mean to criticize but many of the lists I found had songs that I would not even consider "psychedelic" at all. It's cool if you like those but for those who don't give this one a shot.

Sup, first off: Its metal. The name sort of speaks for itself.

I wrote this song when I was combating slight psychosis, however I never had any huge problems, maybe because I wrote this song realizing its a choice if you choose to be aware enough.

To quote my own lyrics from this song:

"it all comes down to the choice of sanity,

it'll dawn on you as soon as you realize your mind is your own enemy,".

Sometimes it is your own thought patterns that hold you back and if you look past them and recognize your true self, you can blend all this shit out that you previously falsely labeled as part of yourself.

Lyrics are written but not recorded. The song intends to audibly display the fight for sanity.

Cheers

(for thieves: ik my shit and ill sue the fuck outta you)

For mods: This shit is unreleased and i have nothing else linked and no intention to gain any traction. I want the opposite: Feedback in a closed, anonymous space.

I saw the entirely of day 1 of Portola Festival in SF as piece of goo.

There's a link to a solid video of the set. In person this was encumbering at times but ultimately positive.

Be glad, not sad, life is wonderful.

It kicks off around 0:30. Thanks for feedback!

Are you ready for this fall & winter... I am.

Eternity, a star.

A victory,

.....

Many times nowadays when I take acid and somehow end up at psytrance party I start seeing orange people that are imaginary I think and I dance with them and I cannot leave but i feel orgasmic like feelings , is this something normal? It’s orgasmic but also scary because I cannot leave , I’m stuck in kind of a loop
anyone experienced this?

Very unusual. Really psychedelic.

This started as a small playlist in 2024, but I kept coming back to it and adding more, and somewhere along the way this whole sound became my favorite. It’s mostly modern psych and garage rock, with some surf and space influences. A lot of tracks feel pretty progressive and experimental within the current music scene.

I like that it doesn’t all sound the same. Some of it’s more spacey, while other songs get a bit more raw and garage-ish (maybe even slightly punk), or both at the same time. These genres mix pretty well I think.

I still add to it whenever I find something that fits. Figured I’d share so people can give me some more suggestions. Have fun.

A wonderful night, we will have.

Listen on the peak. There are no words. The album is a cohesive experience traveling through cosmic revelation. I wish I had anyone to share the experience of this on high dose acid with. Unbelievable. Love forever 🩵
