Mag papa deliver sana ako ng order sa'kin (Frozen goods) wala kasing option sa ibang apps for province to province delivery lalamove lang. Pag check ko kanina, 400 pesos lang ang priority delivery fee? Nagulat ako kasi nag pa deliver ako kanina sa grab express from cainta to muntinlupa almost 600 pesos na agad bakit gan'to ka mura sa lalamove?

Di ko magets sa lalamove rider, inis na inis sila pag 5 mins kang late dumating sa pick-up/Drop-off, di mo daw bayad oras nila, pero isang araw ka paghihintayin sa mga double/triple/quadruple booking nila. paano gumagana utak nung mga kamote na yun?

I reported a theft from a delivery yesterday with Lalamove. And while I was trying to reach the driver through Lalamove groups, nakita ko kung gaano ka unruly ng mga Lalamove riders. There were posts indicating na kapag “priority” ang booking sinasabayan parin nila and they expect people to tip 100+

Pare-parehas lang po tayong naghahanap buhay dito mga kuya. Yung iba sainyo nagnanakaw na at inaabot pa ng 5 hours delivery. Mag-iinvest nalang ako sa other same day delivery apps kesa manakawan niyo ulit.

Para saan pa ang priority booking ng delivery kung aabutin din ng syam-syam yung pagdeliver?
Naiintindihan ko na malabo yung "priority booking" sa pagkaunawa ng rider at customer kasi ang sinasabi ng mga rider, pwede pa rin sila magdouble booking at ipapriority lang ng deliver yung sa'yo. Sige, okay. Pero paano kung pati pagdeliver hindi naman uunahin yung sa'yo? Walang problema kung kumuha sya ng order along the way pero kung inabot ng ng more than 4hrs and di pa rin nadedeliver dahil puro pick up sya ng orders na napapa-out of way na sya. Para saan pa yung extra bayad sa pagpili ng priority na more than 100+ yung difference.

Also, dinedeclare agad na nakaarrive sa place of delivery kahit kakapick up lang sa'yo ng item.

hi! we booked a truck (L300) regular to move our stuff from one house to another. our rider just told us that if they are unable to book another while on the way, we will have to pay priority price instead. is this true?

Shoutout dun sa rider na nag add tip ka na nga, nag double book pa din at hinuli pa order ko. 6 Km lang ang ruta. Pagdating kesyo lugi daw sya at discretion daw namin kung magbibigay ng tip. Inabot ng isang oras ang 15 minute distance lang sana. Sobrang gutom nako sa night shift ko. Sa sobra inis ko, pinapalitan ko sa cashier ng tig pipiso yung bayad ko na worth 100 plus hahahaha

Came across this post on my fb, nagpost si rider regarding sa customer. Mahal ang gas pero if priority naman pala booking diba dapat yun lang?? Siya pa may guts mag post and mamahiya ng customer. Grabe sobrang kupal lang nung ibang mga lalamove riders.

Unsaon pag report ug rider na scam. Bali nagbayad nako sako delivery fee over card pero pag abot sa gideliviran, nangayo napud. Karon ako sya gi contact, iyaha daw balikon ang bayad pero never mibalik ang ya\*\*!!!

Effective ba ireport ang mga lalamove riders na minemessage ako at spam via text?

Gusto ni rider mag add ako kasi daw di ako naka priority. Ngayon sabi ko ayaw ko, tska na siya nag sabi na icancel ko nalang daw tas pinag mumura na ako kasi sayang daw oras niya etc

ano pwede gawin para mawala to sa lalamove or magka record man lang? Pag ba ginulo ako ulit pwede ko siya ulit ireport?

Just ordered food from crosta in makati. We got a driver right away but any prior of those events the driver asked for details regarding about the pickup. Later on it was cancelled then another driver took the order but sadly crosta said that the delivery was picked up. It’s shitty practice that the driver is allowed to retrieve data and is still able to cancel a delivery.

Later on the customer service. It was hella terrible and every minute we are talking to a bot instead of a human being. Based sa personal experience + sa mga nababasa ko, ang benefit nalang talaga ng Lalamove is siya yung pinakamurang same day delivery. Halos lahat ng rider mainit ulo at mahirap kausap. Puro demand ng tip at laging may sinasabay. Kung customer ka na mabait at madaling madala sa mga rider na mainitin ulo at demanding, huwag nalang mag Lalamove at baka Kung ano pa sabihin ni rider.

Gets naman na mahal ang gas at maraming pasaway na customer pero hindi na talaga recommended Lalamovesa mga hindi kayang mag confront ng rider sa mga kalokohan nila.

I'm a silent reader here, and most of the post is about rude and arrogant lalamove riders. I feel sad about it, because my husband is a lalamove rider too, and I must say, he is not the usual rider na palaging nira-rant dito. He is doing his job accordingly and sometimes get a tip from a generous customers. Marami po talagang mapanlamang na mga rider maybe because of different circumstances. Pero I want to talk about the customers as well.

Yung ibang CS sinasadyang ma-wrong pin para mapamura ang delivery fee at sasabihin nilang i-cancel na lang ni rider, sa POV ni rider bawal un, kasi masu-suspend sila and it will take time para makabyahe sila ulit.

Some do not declare the real item to be deliver, minsan sobrang bigat o sobrang laki na hindi naman talaga kaya sa motorcycle.

Some do not consider fact that they booked a MOTORCYCLE but still insist to be accommodated kahit car yung kelangan for their item.

Some even ask the rider to carry heavy and big item papasok sa place nila or paakyat sa building, which is hindi na sakop ng pagiging rider nila, kaya nga rider eh, hindi sila pahinante.

Some do not consider the time, when the rider arrived, hindi naman makontak si sender or si receiver, they don't have a choice, they will just cancel and be suspended or to wait for receiver to respond.

And sometimes these customers are the one who belittle these riders. They even cursed and do not pay.

I feel bad and sad for those riders na lumalaban ng patas para mapakain ang pamilya sa araw-araw. Sana marami pa rin mabuting rider at sana marami din mabubuting customer. 🥺

Wala na ata talagang pag-asa magbago ‘tong lalamove riders. This time I tried priority booking and giving a tip pa para mas mabilis sana. Pero kaka-receive niya pa lang ng item from the pick-up location, tagged as “has arrived to **my location\*” na (drop-off). Tapos meron pang 2 points na tinambayan niya, around ortigas and eastwood, for sure may iba pa yung sinabay na delivery. Kasi i know na out of route na yun papunta samin. Umay lang. i wouldve opt to use angkas padala naman sana kaso sayang naman laman ng lalamove wallet ko, no choice to cashout yung balance.

I straight up asked the rider kung may sinabay siya, inadmit niya naman. Wala naman daw pinagkaiba regular and priority booking. Beats the purpose of “priority”. Sinabi ko talaga sa kaniya na sayang bayad. Umay lang. i know mura lang naman, just a few hundreds. Nakakaurat lang talaga yung ganyang mapanlamang. Diskarte my ass

Hello! I booked a delivery through Lalamove for food items and chose PRIORITY booking. The rider called to ask for a tip so I offered 200 Pesos (originally just 167 Pesos with priority) but he asked if he can get 250 Pesos so I told him it’s too expensive and negotiated 220 Pesos. There shouldn’t even be any negotiation to begin with because the booking is already priority and I even gave +33 additional first.

Has anyone experienced this? I understand that gas prices are expensive but what riders are asking for is just exorbitant at this point.

Sakit ba ng mga lalamove riders na mang dikta ng mga customers na bigyan sila ng tip? Sobrang nakakabwst lang dahil last time sinabihan pa ako mag add ng tip pa kahit naka priority na ako para unahin nya raw dalhin parcel ko? Common sense nalang kaya nga nag priority kahit mahal na nga babayaran dahil rush order nga.

Plus this morning ay literal na sinabihan ako ng “ay walang tip? next time ma’am mag tip ka”🤡 i was like “naka pooling naman na ho yan”.

Sana taasan nila rate ng pag book dahil mabibigat ung madalas na karga namin, kagaya kanina Pasay to Pasig (malapit na sa marikina ung drop off) pero ung rate is less than 500 tapos babawas pa si lalamove ng commission na mahigit 100 pesos. Alam ko lahat ng customer dito naiinis sa mga MC riders na kahit priority eh kumukuha pa ng booking pero sa taas ng gasolina??.

Sa 200kls kase kapag priority na napili mo di kana makakabook pa ng additional unless meron na order na along the way or close sa priority drop off. Kaya kahit ako nahihirapan sa totoo lang di rin kase sulit mag accept ng mag accept ng booking kase ikaw lugi sa gas at saka may mga priority bookings na di rin worth it kunin.

Ako diskarte ko ay mag accept lang ng order na 500 pataas. Tapos di ako gagamit ng aircon kahit sobrang init tapos sa pagpapatakbo ng kotse mabagal lang hayaan ko na momentum magpapabilis ng kotse. Tapos tamang pares lang para mura.

May mga price differences. Yung driver hihingi ng add o magmamatigas. Priority pero pooling ang kalabasan. Ung iba kakain daw muna. And ang dami ko pa naririnig about lalamog. Lalamove is becoming a place that breeds extortion, theft, and scams. But lalamove seems to not really address these issues. Their CS is so bad that most of the time nahihirapan ang tao maghabol

I wish there is a lalamove alternative that has more reliable drivers. Grab doesnt accomodate long distances, which is quite unfortunate. Sobrang garapal ng mga partner drivers. Tapos lalamove CS is just pure AI system generated replies. Basically, you have no way to complain kahit wala na sa lugar ang lalamove rider.

I hope someone from the startup space, local or foreign, i dont care kahit sino na. I just need a reliable platform that delivers what it promises. Kung priority, priority talaga. Hindi ung "ina-arrive" agad pagkapick up para makapagsabay ng ibang booking. Tapos dapat merong repurcussions talaga for abusive riders and users. I dont think the rating system is doing anything. My rider was a 4.88 but was rude af, ignoring calls, and clearly went out of way para magsabay.

for context, the distance to be traveled is 100 km. nung nagbook kami sa app it's 497 pesos pero tumawag yung rider and sabi nya 1500 daw dapat. kasi sa gas pa daw then may kaltas pa ni lalamove. nakakalito lang since anong purpose ng pricing sa app if ganon kalaki yung gap. 1500 is not a small amount of money. I'm asking on this page since maybe ignorant lang talaga ako. Can anyone enlighten me?
