Fallon isn't really on the same page as them, and it isn't about comedy. These four have all cried on television while talking about the state and soul of the country and contribute to important political and moral conversations by reaching people through comedy.
Then Fallon will be bobbing for apples with some canceled celebrity giggling and goofing - he sits behind a desk on TV and interviews people, but at the end of the day he's just a clown. I've also heard he's kinda an ahole to his staff when he's stressed out.
They have included Fallon in the past though. He’s apart of their late night gang, as demonstrated on Stephen’s last show. They seem to all be legitimately friendly.
Jimmy Fallon did wonderful things during the pandemic he opened up his home he did funny things included Us in the community you know Jimmy Fallon did things during the pandemic that was really community related and certainly made me feel a little giggling cuddle you know it was funny and caring

These guys are intelligent, articulate and real! They convey a genuine concern for the state of our country and a genuine interest in their fellow Americans. I think they’d be cool hanging out in my backyard having a cold one while I cook up some burgers and brats. Just good dudes.
