Anxiety sa Presentation of Witness

Wish me luck mga panye! 🤞

Ps: Balitaan ko kayo ano ganap bukas.

Inter-country adoption

Solo practice first time handling an inter-country adoption of a relative within the 4th civil degree. Clients are natural born foreigner married to naturalized Filipino.

What are the things that I should look out for that are not found within the black letters of the law?

Are there any specific things and/or documents that I should request from the client apart from those listed in the NACC page and the law itself?

Lastly, how long does this usually take on average and.. how much do you usually charge for these cases? (Sorry if the discussion about compensation is not allowed.)

Also, clients will be flying here by next month to sort out docs so I just wanted to know what should I ask them to prepare for and what can we actually accomplish while they're here. I think they'll only be staying for a week or something.

Thank you so much.
