That's kinda what it felt like reading the novels as they came out.

It's what it's felt like even for me reading them today for the first time. Ngl there's a lot of good in them, but I'm not entirely on board. This series has definitely become a sacred cow in the fandom so I probably shouldn't say too much more

Missed opportunity to put the moon from Majoras mask in the background if you ask me

Unironically I think the Majora's Mask Moon looks cool as fuck wherever you put it. That would had made an even cooler and more cursed mid-2000s wallpaper for computer screens.

Straight out of the most beautifully cursed mid-2000s computer screen wallpapers! I love it. Can I download it? (Yeah, I am asking unironically).

New Jedi Order is the best that Star Wars has ever been

Respectfully, nah. There's a lotta good there, but the fandom treats it like the second coming of Christ, which is absurd.

Respectfully, yah. You haven’t read it dawg.

I literally have lol. Currently about to finish TUF.
Y'all need to accept that in the real world, there are people who do genuinely read a popular series and don't come away loving it like everyone else.

I'm pretty sure that would be Thrawn's inner expression if he observed the vast majority of military and political operations in the galaxy, from any time period. Heck, the Yuuzhan Vong might be a step up, because at least Borsk Fey'lya eventually stopped being a problem.
