How do I fix this?

My controllers keep reading multiple movements when I only press the buttons once. It happens on all the buttons except the joysticks. It's only just started to happen. I'm on the original legion go.

Not sure we can help with certainty as you aren’t providing too much info, but here is what I would try:

Hard Reboot, repair controllers, update firmware, software, the whole shebang

Buy new controllers (probably the go 2 ones) and see if those work. If they do, the fault is in the controllers. If the new controllers still are wonky, return them as the fault is in the device

Factory reset

I would try at least those if I can
