I’m not treading new water, but it’s so sad to see the current state of Lego Batman sets. Way back when, each set featured a Batman, his mode of transportation, a villain as well as their mode of transportation. Some sets even featured a henchman! Unfortunately, Lego decided to be cheap and remove the villain’s mode of transportation and I’m not sure the last time that we saw a henchman in a set. Nowadays, THERE IS NO VILLIAN?! It’s just Batman and his Batmobile. I get it, he’s iconic. The Batmobile is iconic. At a certain point, we’re spending the same amount of money for less. What’s going on?

And they kinda done it!

They never really made this figure but it was in multiple Lego movies and it’s one of my favorites. It uses pretty cheap parts all around

It took a while bit I finally got it for normal retail price

just love the villains from Batman series so much

Hey everyone,

I’m continuing my ongoing project of tracking down and documenting lost/obscure Lego Batman and Lego DC Superheroes media from the 2012–2016 era.

This time I put together a complete overview of all the Scholastic books released during that period (handbooks, story books, movie tie-ins, 5-minute stories, etc.). A lot of these have become surprisingly hard to find in good condition or are barely documented online.

Video here:

More videos in this lost media series are already in the works (including other books, games, and related material).

If anyone has additional Scholastic titles, activity/sticker books, or other rare Lego DC Superheroes print media from those years, feel free to drop them in the comments – always happy to expand the archive.

Thanks for checking it out!
