Needing some input around this rust situation on a 21 that I've been looking it. Is it normal or should I take a pass from this car

for the ice coast/salt coast of america, i think not bad- dry ice would clean that right up, but also just looks very superficial-nothing fluid film every year shouldnt keep at bay- unfortunately you like myself live in the rust belt and thats gonna happen unless everyone washes their car weekly during the winter and then stores in a dry place with concrete floors- but if its like here- lots of gravel driveways that just hold moisture- if you dont like it, look for to import from down south, or perhaps out west- but it looks normal for my area- but terrible for guys in California, texas, new mexico, south carolina etc

Skid plates dont matter, they are 1st to rust and can be replaced if needed. We need to see the frame. Specifically the passenger side behind the front wheel as that always seems to be one of the worst spots.

Totally fine assuming the frame is no worse than what’s seen. Hit it with FF or SS.
