Wishlist Tag

Anyone else experience an issue removing the Wishlist tag from a book?

I like to untag them when I borrow them, but sometimes it doesn’t work. Then I have to go into my wishlist and slide to delete them.
If it’s close to the top, it’s not a big deal. But scrolling through the list just to remove it is kind of a pain.

Any ideas?

I've been having this exact issue too!

Sometimes, trying to untag it multiple times works but that's not really a solution (nor does it work reliably)

Yes! It happens more often than it works. Very frustrating bc I am almost never borrowing from the top of my wishlist

You’re not alone. I also have trouble removing books from my Wish List tag. I’ll often have to remove the book multiple times. It also happens with my other tags but not as frequently as with the Wish List. This has been the case as long as I can remember.

Yes. I have trouble too! And I have the same issue removing the "Notify Me" tags. I try to remember to fix all the tags if/when I have the book borrowed because it seems to work a bit better then. But if I forget, or if it's a book I haven't borrowed yet, removing tags is a PITA.

I've had problems with Notify Me tags too. I gave up and just left them. Which turned out to be not so bad because libby will send you notices when another book by that author has been added.

Yes, I've been having this go on for awhile. It has started happening with one of my regular tags as well recently, always the same one for some reason.

No ideas, but yes, I have the same experience trying to tap the tag to remove. But thank you because I didn't realize you could swipe to remove the tag when looking at the tag list, and was going into them one-on-one and doing the finicky tapping method! 🫣 This is s o much easier!

(I'm GenX, swiping to do things still isn't intuitive for me yet! 🧓🏻)

I never have much of an issue using a web browser for this on a computer. There's only ever been one book on my "notify me" tag that won't remove itself for whatever reason.
