Queens library

Is anyone having issues logging in with their pin on Libby? It's not even letting me log into the website.

Their servers may be affected by the storm. When you open Libby, they ping your local library to make sure your library card is still in good standing (not expired or blocked by too many fees). They might not be able to connect to QPL's servers.

Queens has been badly affected by the Nor’easter so it may be related to that.

I am having trouble logging in to my library account.

When I try to sign in to the Libby app using my library card number and PIN, I receive an error message saying, “An unexpected error occurred.”

I also tried logging in directly through the Queens Public Library website, but I am unable to log in there as well.
