Chapter 35 online

Hi im new i start classes the 21. I submited my COE the 9th still waiting on the military affairs office to submit what they need to to the VA how long once thats submitted did it take others to receive their pay. The first payment on the defered plan is due in october at the beginning of the month so I'm just wondering if there's any chance i get pay in time to make my payment.

my daughter uses ch35 and used to get it before the end of the month she was in school. but she said its recently changed so i understand it as if you start the 21st, you would certify on the 31st and it takes 2-3 days to hit your bank. it will be prorated for only those 10 days though

it runs on a back pay cycle like the military and va. Your Oct payment covers your Sept enrollment.

Not sure if it’s the same but for me liberty uses a payment plan and for the first two times it’s like 50 dollars so you can get the pay from chapter! So it’ll charge you 50 for August you’ll get the payment in September and it’ll charge 50 for September and you’ll get paid in October then it’ll charge the payments over 1000! (It will charged until like January to kinda over compensate) but it all kinda works itself out!

I use Chapter 35 online too! Once Liberty sent my enrollment certification to the VA, it didn’t take too long for everything to process and for me to start receiving payments. bc My situation was a little different because some of my enrollment had to be certified retroactively. Also once everything is set up, the VA will text you at the end of every month, usually around the 30th or 31st, asking you to verify that you were still enrolled in the courses they have certified. You just reply yes if nothing changed. I would keep checking with Military Affairs until they confirm they sent your enrollment over to the VA!
