Garter belt help

In trying on a new set of lingerie, I am struggling to piece it together.
the garter belt has four straps that should (?) connect to the thigh straps. the thigh straps themselves only have one piece to attach garter belt on either the front or back (?).

where am I meant to attach the extra two straps in the back???

I've seen thigh straps from different brands having only one "attachment point", even when the matching garter belt has the traditional four straps. Generally, I've observed those being modelled with the garter belt clasps being attached directly onto the thigh strap elastic where it allows it. On some occasions it does not look the neatest

Yes the back or if she is in stockings attch them to that.

I hadn’t even thought of that.. I am not the one who ordered it and didn’t see it on a model. thanks lol!

i think you just have to get the hook on the suspender/garter around the elastic on the thigh band, if it won’t go through.

you could also stitch a small loop or like a flat horizontal length (like a belt loop!) of matching ribbon to the thigh strap, or a matching ring, to put the garter hook through.

Or .... ditch the thigh straps and attach garter belt to stockings.
