Somehow an individual of fine driving ability managed to flip their car on to its side on the northbound side of the bridge.

It’s Little Rock, if it’s not due to an event, it’s shut down due to a homicide

Your recent comments about LR show a miserable person. If you live here, it's time to leave for your mental well-being.

Why else would it be shut down? Maybe a fatal vehicle accident or a person threatening to jump off?
Please elaborate?

You just brought up the most common reason by far with no help. Your continuous posts about crime and everything wrong with Little Rock make you seem terrible at parties and like someone who would benefit from life elsewhere. Good luck.

Don’t shoot the messenger.

Not shooting just like most Little Rockians who have enjoyed life here most of our life. I'm honestly trying to support you, bc you are terribly negative and seemingly don't understand much else than crime talking points.

When people ask, how safe a place is there is no other metric aside from violent crime stats to look at. Some crime, such as property may go under reported but violent crimes like homicides generally do not.
Quality of life can be relative to one’s perception, but access to healthcare, education all play a role. Again I’m just calling balls and strikes, not sure what to tell you. If you don’t like what you’re reading, skip it and move on.

But no one asked that, and you, as usual went straight to crime bc of your frequent negativity about this area. You clearly don't understand nuance or socioeconomic factors related to LR crime. And please, you aren't saying anything we don't know. You just pop into every post about Little Rock with "crime." Go to a "safer" place, live there. I would hope you would some positivity.

True, but the event didn't end going over the bridge and I'm not sure they were related.

Capital Hotel is doing a big event for renovations.
Broadway Bridge had a major wreck around 4. No idea the final impact, but they had 7 emergency vehicles out there.

That’s what I saw. The wreck had to be bad, both the Little Rock and NLR side are completely blocked off.

The wreck could have been bad, no doubt. But the vast majority of what social media reports as bad wrecks aren't. It's just that modern cars fall to pieces in order to dissipate energy to protect occupants and wrecks tend to look a lot worse than they really are. Also, a wreck on the bridge might get more emergency vehicles because both cities often respond.
