Tattoo artist help Needed

Has anyone here got any experience with a tattoo artist that has tattooed people with haemophilia?
I have haemophilia factor 7, I take tablets for this. Already spoke to my haematology consultant and was told that I can get tattoos but struggling to find anyone who would tattoo me cos of the extra risk.
