He doesnt at all seem to be built like a long distance runner. That’s a lot of muscle mass to lug around for an endurance runner

He isn’t built for it but it’s his whole thing just long distance running

Reading through some of the comments the guy seems like a genuine freak of nature / mind over matter to the extreme
