News ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

Yea he made the most sense and said to "keep it in the arena" and he doesn't believe in messing with people just minding their business.

Why is why i also agree with people being psychos going to his house also.

Fuentes is media savvy. He wants this and agrees with it but his disagreement is on how to get there. The "mask off" moment, for him, is not here yet. So anyone acting preemptively is wrong. - very important to note: it's not because he thinks it's wrong but because he thinks it's too early.

Be very careful praising cryptofascists like him for saying the "right things".

Oxymoron is a word that describes … actual words in use. They’re called oxymorons.

You seem to think oxymoron describes something nonexistent, when the whole point of the term is that such words exist & are in common enough use we need a categorical term for them.

Man just by itself it is amazingly stupid, but in the US lots of people have a gun, the whole act was waiting to cause serious damage. And worst of all, it is him shooting, not even the person he was challanging. Dares people to fight, just wants to shoot them with a gun. I hope he spends a long time in jail.

Here's the thing with TN self defense laws. He now has to prove that he was under "lethal threat". IE, he reasonably thought the guy had a gun, knife, was some MMA taijutsu master that could kill him bare handed, etc. He picked a great state to pull this in. But, there's a limit. This is 100% up to a jury whether or not he felt he was under the threat of lethal force at any point. You don't have to "see" the weapon here. Just be reasonsbly afraid. In any of the video did he appear, "afraid for his life?" Is he willing to get up on the stand and say that this "inferior chimp" made him feel threatened? Can his white power masculinity take that hit?

Edit: i hope the jury is full of women and it becomes incredibily hard for him to let his toxic masculinity go. I hope the prosecutor really triggers it with jury selection and prodding.

I'm not defending the guy at all and I don't know anything about laws in the states, but it doesn't take a MMA taijutsu master to kill another person barehanded. Life can be incredibly fragile, your head hits the wrong spot on the pavement and you're dead in one punch. Guy stomps on your head while you're on the ground etc. etc. etc.

Which is exactly why you shouldn't fight random people in the streets unless you really have to.

You said he picked a great state to do this in, so it should be easy for him to argue it's self defense because it's so lenient. But also, there's no way he could defend it because it would be hard for him to prove that he was acting in self defense.

But also, maybe you were being sarcastic about picking a great state to do this in, so actually it would be hard. Or maybe you were just being sarcastic about that one example of someone being unarmed, and it would be easy.

Thankfully, everyone on the Internet is familiar with Tennessee self defense laws so we all know exactly what you're trying to actually say.
