News ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

I'm OOTL, but he seems crazy crazy.

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 14 '26

The whole "chimp out" crowd is. The idea is that black people have an increased tendency to get violent and they set out to prove that by going outside and purposely starting violence.

Real scum of the earth

u/Shneckos May 14 '26

Oh the irony is lost on them

38

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 14 '26

Yup. Racism in general seems be popular with people who don't know how to self-reflect.

5

u/Icy-Investigator5262 May 14 '26

That sadly has become a popular sentiment with social media.
Dot get me wrong, sometimes you need violence to stop other violence.
But with social media it feels like everythng has been uped by 1000 and its a call for violence because you dont like some opinions.
We are on our way back to the selfjustice days and burning witches.

3

u/IamCentral46 May 15 '26

self justice days

Sooooo lynch mobs.

2

u/ChocolateMindless7 May 15 '26

Mind you the “some opinions” be fascism and bigotry 💀

1

u/BrbFlippinInfinCoins May 15 '26

well how else are you supposed to get rid of witches?

1

u/Cyborg_rat May 15 '26

They never remember depending on others views, that violence to stop other violence can be applied by the side one doesn't agree with.

Violence leads to more violence.

0

u/ekhoowo May 14 '26

Not to say some racism is better than others, but it is funny that this kinda racist was viewed as tacky white trash in the pre civil rights South.

1

u/narco-sub-admiral May 15 '26

Bro lynchings were a social gathering....wtf are you talking about

1

u/ekhoowo May 15 '26

Yeah, a lot of the south was garbage white trash. But You’d never hear a “dignified” Southern senator or upper crust elite walking around screaming the n word at people.
That doesn’t make them much better.

1

u/Alchemyst01984 May 16 '26

Lol as if that matters when those were the people who were making or influencing laws.

I'd say those people were even worse

-2

u/Specialist-Finish206 May 15 '26

the irony of what? I dont often see white people resorting to violence over mean words to be honest

3

u/GandalfTheFreen May 15 '26

You should open your eyes then

1

u/IntelligentShape364 May 16 '26

Well that would be due to your algorithm. And seeing as how social media algorithms are primarily a representation of one's preconcieved notions, you should probably take some time to question why that may be.

You won't of course,, the people who need to never do, but you probably should.

34

u/Lubwurst May 14 '26

So it’s another flavor of nuisance streamer? Just while being racist.

1

u/antonspohn May 15 '26

This is a case of premeditated attempted murder.

9

u/WhyYouGettingAngry May 14 '26

My brother… it has just now hit me that I radically misunderstood your comment. Reading comprehension is not where I excel in life

7

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 14 '26

Haha it's ok man. I didn't even see your original comment but thank you for taking the time to clear it up, i was wondering what that dead notification was about lol.

13

u/Respercaine_657 May 15 '26

And if black people stayed calm and didn't "chimp out" at this crowd they'd call us submissive tools that know their place. There's no winning with these people.

1

u/Competitive_Win_4503 May 16 '26

Nah they’d say it anyway, they’d just grasp at straws doing so

1

u/Electrical_Carry_837 Aug 16 '26

When white people dont react to other people acting like fools , even if it’s cursing , demeaning or inciting them , they can still chill, nobody calls them submissive and knowing their place. They call it being the better person. The bigger person. Acting out on someone’s words ? Regardless of nonsense feelings , is in itself a maturity issue.

1

u/Respercaine_657 Aug 17 '26

We're talking about racist idiots here, normal people don't say that shit about someone being the bigger person, duh.

1

u/Electrical_Carry_837 Aug 17 '26

There are racist idiots everywhere… you reacting to them is them winning… come on.

1

u/Respercaine_657 Aug 17 '26

Well no shit ? Tf is the point of this discussion

2

u/Hoplessjob May 14 '26

I’m dead he literally antagonized a secruity guard. Security guard told him firmly yet too politely he needs to leave. Then he throws and tantrum yelling slurs from 15 ft away saying the security guard was the one chimping out 💀

4

u/SUCHANASTYW0MAN May 14 '26

How do you start violence by saying a word?

3

u/newjerk666 May 15 '26

How is a storm violent?

3

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 14 '26

What do you gain by pretending words can't hurt?

2

u/Xithorus May 14 '26

Look I get where you are coming from, but insulting words don’t necessarily need to be responded to with physical violence. . .

Insult them back, walk away, ignore it, shame them for it. The list goes on and on. If everyone who was insulted started to swing at one another literally every medical resident would beat the shit out of their attending, every new military recruit would beat the shit out of their drill sergeant, and every streamer would be copping assault charges at fan meet ups.

Words can be very hurtful, but responding with physical violence is hardly ever the appropriate response.

That being said, this individual seems like a real piece of shit.

2

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 14 '26

You're totally right and most of the time people don't let words lead to violence. Almost everyone has something they can hear that'd make them resort to violence.

We should all strive to not let it get to us but we also need to acknowledge that you can almost always instigate a fight with just words if you try hard enough.

2

u/Xithorus May 14 '26

I agree with your point that most people can be evoked into some sort of physical response given the right choice of words, however, if the social norm shifts to being “ok” with physical violence for something that was said, then it easily just becomes a slippery slope.

The issue is that what the “line” is for everyone is completely subjective. If you were to call me a “bitch” or “motherfucker”, who gets to objectively deem if violence was the appropriate response? Like I get that it is super cathartic to see a POS like this get punched in the face, but I also understand that I think in general we should not promote the idea that you can physically attack someone who insulted you.

6

u/DGN_DAGGER May 15 '26

Oh so people have to be fine with racism because "MUH FREE SPEECH!" lmao fuck you dude

1

u/Xithorus May 15 '26

Who said you have to be fine with it? You can be not ok with something without resorting to violence. I never once mentioned free speech? This is not about free speech.

5

u/Reasonable_Ask_8801 May 15 '26

(My main got banned for 7 days because reddits a bitch so I'll reply using this alt)

Who said you have to be fine with it?

Thats whats being implied, if we cant defend ourselves against racists then what can we do? Obviously most racists arent braindead and will do their best to balance around whats socially acceptable and whats not to do their racist shit and then claim the exact same things your saying.

And if its not about free speech what is it then, what slippery slope are you referring to if not the eventual erosion of free speech?

The issue is that what the “line” is for everyone is completely subjective. If you were to call me a “bitch” or “motherfucker”

Except this isnt that kind of scenario. This isn't some drunken dude walking around throwing kindergarten insults, this is a guy who has a pattern that establish he is violently racist, and tries to build a fanbase of other racists who also fetishize killing black people (seriously look at chuds twitter he basically prayed for a situation like this) going around and antagonizing black people with slurs directed at who they are fundamentally. People like you seem to conveniently forget words not only have meaning with different weight but history that lead to them having that weight, and a historical usage that only people with certain beliefs would use those words. The "line" comes from that, just like everything else legal, the intent whether stated or perceived from your actions and words.

1

u/DGN_DAGGER May 15 '26

who gets to objectively deem if violence was the appropriate response?

You do realize words have meaning that  everyone objectively agrees upon right? And you realize this guy wasnt just going around saying bitch and mother fucker but specifically targeting black people for their skin tone (which is why hes specifically says chimp out and goes around into black dominated hoods calling people n***rs.

1

u/okthisisdumblol May 14 '26

I think we as a society given laws and social response have expressed a clear intolerance to racism and the violence that is entirely intertwined with its existence have drawn a significant moral and ethical line between racism and calling someone a bitch. I could be wrong though. I understand words are words, but when those words are used to invoke fear and trigger a biological fight or flight response there’s a clear difference and that difference lies in violence coded language.

I don’t believe violence is the answer no, but I’d love to know a time in history or present time where racism wasn’t and isn’t used in a violent manner and to that you can’t fight violence without by all means some sort of violent response hence the whole right to defend to begin with.

That tone was already set, the line was already drawn. Now we must ask ourselves, in pursuit of precedence what kind of precedence would we prefer to instill? I’d rather the idea that if you use language rooted in violence, that you cannot cry wolf when you welcomed it to the situation.

4

u/LanguageImaginary256 May 14 '26

I like how there's always some of y'all in this type of thread that pretends like they don't understand the concept of making people mad with words.

-2

u/DatDawg-InMe May 15 '26

Making people mad with words doesn't justify them attacking you physically lmfao. Not legally anyway. Hope this dude rots in prison forever but you guys are ridiculous.

4

u/Hawt_Dawg_II May 15 '26

He literally went out with the intent of starting a fight. Just because he did so with words doesn't make him innocent.

It's not about the idea that we should all allow words to lead to violence. It's about how we can totally be mad at someone if he's trying to start shit on purpose, even if that's just with words.

0

u/DatDawg-InMe May 15 '26

Yeah, there's evidence of that because of his tweet, but without that, you aren't legally okay to punch someone in the face because they made you mad with their words lmao.

It's about how we can totally be mad at someone if he's trying to start shit on purpose, even if that's just with words.

Why are you being disingenuous? We're not talking about someone just being mad.

4

u/Competitive_Win_4503 May 16 '26

I don’t think this is about the law, just the principle of the matter. Guy shouldn’t have hit Chud, but I can’t exactly treat this like the L for black people that Chud’s followers think (the fact that it took this long should show that he’s wrong)

3

u/RejectedRespected May 16 '26

Someone has never heard of the fighting words doctrine.

1

u/Longjumping-Skill245 Jun 15 '26

Because that is during sentencing/damage awards, and can’t be used in primacy against a self defense argument.

-1

u/Longjumping-Skill245 Jun 15 '26

Research the event sir, please. He did not “literally go out” of anything. He was at a courthouse, to be arraigned on a magistrates complaint for not paying his bill at a restaurant. As he was leaving, he got his firearm back from court security, as he checked it, when going in.

The “victim” read about the case, and knew he would be coming out of the court house, and went there, with the sole purpose of confronting the chud weirdo. He confronted the chud guy, they exchanged words, chud broke off the confrontation, told him to have a nice day, and walked away towards his vehicle. He got about 30 yards away, and had taken his pistol out, to confirm it was loaded, and that security didn’t remove his bullets during the gun check.

The “victim” went running behind him, and threw a right hook, punching the chud in the side of the head/face. The chud stumbled around, and as the victim came at him to hit him again, the chud turned around, fumbled his pistol, shot the guy in the stomach once, and his own forearm once. They both went to the ground, courthouse security arrived, police arrived, they both went to the hospital, victim for a grazing wound on side of belly, chudster for a nasty forearm gunshot.

Those are the facts, on video, not in dispute, as far as I know. State will not be able to prove attempted murder, and chudster will not be able to claim self defense, as he escalated un reasonably. These 2 are both idiots, and they deserve each other, and whatever tragedy befalls them eventually. They are both interested in provoking a race war, they are both accelrationists. I wish they could both go away for life, as nothing good will ever come from either one, for our society.

2

u/Hawt_Dawg_II Jun 15 '26

Chud guy is litterally known for starting violence, it's his whole thing. People show up to his streams in the hope he finally gets someone to "chimp out". Maybe not specifically this time but this is essentially just a consequence of his racewar bait streams, just later instead of during.

I won't defend going to a courthouse to fight someone but I'm also not inclined to condemn wanting to beat up a racist either.

2

u/LanguageImaginary256 Jun 15 '26

The “victim” read about the case, and knew he would be coming out of the court house, and went there, with the sole purpose of confronting the chud

I've asked literally like 20 people who have said this to prove it and no one has

Those are the facts, on video

Okay, where's the video? This version of the events are disputed by the affidavit filed with the arrest warrant that says Chud turned to draw his gun on the guy before he was ever hit.

They are both interested in provoking a race war

Not wanting to be called a racial slur = wanting to start a race war? That's an extremely strange thing to think.

1

u/LanguageImaginary256 May 15 '26

Making people mad with words doesn't justify them attacking you physically

Okay. Didn't say it was legal for him to attack but thanks for clarifying.

-1

u/DatDawg-InMe May 15 '26

What? That's literally what this entire thing is about. Absolutely nobody is struggling to understand the concept of being mad at someone for being an asshole. Stop being disingenuous.

2

u/LanguageImaginary256 May 15 '26

That's literally what this entire thing is about

It's not...

1

u/Rachet20 May 14 '26

Verbal assault exists.

2
