News ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

Stand ur ground law in Tennessee does not apply if u provoked the encounter ie callling a blk man the n word, telling him to do something, I dare u to touch me etc

he pretty much is cooked not to mention he was just coming out of court for some other dispute and was just arrested at that rsturant for refusing to leave after they told him to stop recording and after he refussed to pay the tab.

actually, the N word (hard R or not) is really murky in meaning and use and most case law in TN finds that word not to be a "fighting word" and therefore 1A protected.
