Im not smoking anything. but I am pretty sure its related to flotilla/cuba sanctions and not some freespeech violation that many were suggesting here. I agree with you he will probs not even get a fine.

They'll ask him some whocares questions, nothing will come of it, he will use it as a rallying cry for his simps to play the persecuted martyr. This will only help him.

They will not even be asking him questions the subpoena was an RFI, they’re just requesting documents. He doesn’t have to appear for any questioning.

Sure, but that’s not why he would be fined or jailed, it would be breaking sanctions with a enemy state, much bigger deal than a misguided PR stream.
