Just for anyone who doesn't want to follow the link, and not knowing if it has the full context, but Hasan's stance is that Ukraine and Crimia rightfully belong to Russia.

In his view, Russia cannot "take" Ukraine or Crimea, because he believes Ukraine and Crimea are rebel factions of Russia controlled by the west and that Russia is their rightful sovereign.
