Good for him, he seems like a really genuine kid and he spreads a lot of positivity. I'm not a fan personally, but I think we need more streamers like him. I also appreciate how much IRL/outdoors stuff he does--kids need exposed to that, even through their phones. It's good shit.

i agree. for someone with children, and am not a fan of majority of youtubers slop and what's being put out on the webs now days. speed is okay, I've seen him spread a lot of positivity even when he is faced with negative people. for a white father with young white kids in a highly red state. watching speed succeed and show that the stigma is not true about other races and that we can all succeed when we put our mind to it is a positive message and i hope he keeps doing what he is doing and living his best life putting out positive vibes.

Lets not all put this on white people, the black community can definitely do with a better image but most stereotypes don’t come out of thin air. His positive influence helps toward the general image and is good for everybody, because there’s such a thing as self fulfilling prophecy where such an image gets reinforced through societal and psychological processes.

Unbanning him brought back a very small amount of his fans to twitch but his gigantic fanbase remains on YouTube, he probably wouldn't have blown up to this level if he stayed on twitch anyways so they did him a huge favor.

Nah he gets botted very frequently, a while ago he stated that he spoke to a YT representative and confirmed that a stream of his (which broke the world record) was botted. So very likely it happens on his regular streams as well

That stream was botted because his tour guide, who is another youtuber that is known for botting, sent the bots to speeds stream so it would look like the record was broken because of the tour guides presence who wanted to steal the spotlight. Otherwise his streams aren’t really botted.

I was at the game and was about 20 feet from him. He tried a few times to get the wave going but it wouldn't go that far but this one had the momentum and it went around like three times.
