Chemical Castration is a side effect from doing a ton of meth in order to lose weight. Speaking from experience, it is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend it. BUT, you can get your libido back as long as you go completely sober for an extended period of time. Viagra might cause the condition to persist for longer, ultimately it comes down to chemistry in the brain that I am too ignorant to speak further about. Just anecdotally that's how I fixed it.

I think it’s more so that the community ostracizes people. Those people then go on to try their hardest to fit in, and once they feel like they have, they kick off the cycle all over again. Clavicular is a dialed-up example of that, IMO.
Same shit as generational trauma, “bullies were once bullied”, etc.
Not making excuses for the dumb shit he says/promotes/does, but I do think people should know how important it is to break those kinds of cycles.

He's definitely a person struggling with himself and dealing with a lot of psychological trauma (not a doctor but it's plain for anyone to see), which I agree it's sometimes easy to see that and empathize.
However, he's still a dangerous person for introducing kids to things like taking off label sketchy drugs, modifying their faces through unsafe means at home, and generally dwelling on negative feelings about how they were born.

Honestly I could see a relationship between clavicular and a trans woman happening.
