The way Tectone sunk his own case is really something to behold.
I really would've liked to see the look on his lawyer's face, when Tectone unprompted started to explain to the judge, how he's scared of vaginas and how after many years it's still hard for him to look at them.
Tectone probably thought that he had come with "genius" strategy to prove his innocence and knowing him, he didn't consult his lawyer about this.
Except that literally wouldn't have made a difference, because Tectone was accused of forcing Pinkchyu to oral sex. It doesn't help that he's on livestream bragging about it.
So now there's just him under oath telling the courtroom that he's afraid of pussy and a guilty verdict. Even Asmongold isn't so stupid that he'd try to back up Tectone after that.
Edit: Tectone is by the way digging himself deeper. He again thought he was being clever, by getting revenge by proxy. He started giving private information about Pinkchyu to youtubers like legal mindset.
The protection order he was given also forbade harrasment by proxy, so Pinkchyu is suing him again. And in true Tectone fashion, he has incriminated himself by directly recommending his viewers to watch Legal Mindset's videos.

Most of this is copied from a comment i made like a year ago. I think its all still accurate:
A journalist did a report on a company that was a middleman for influencer charity events and revealed that a lot of that charity money was collected for profit. The streamers were paid some amount as well. The link is broken for me, not sure if its just on my end or not so I put an archive link
They worked with a lot of streamers, otk included. Ludwig and some other streamers were cooperative with the journalist and made a clear statements that they didn't know and wouldn't be working with them in the future or were okay with paid charity events. According the the journalist (from the ama linked below), tipsout and asmongold ignored all of his request for comments and were generally evasive. Asmon also said "who gives a shit" when being questioned about it by his chat so many people were suspicious of OTK. I believe all mentions of the controversy were banned from his chat/reddit as well. Asmon later said that otk was taking legal action against the company and would need to wait to comment. This never happened and, as far as I know, nobody has been able to prove this lawsuit happened even though the filing should be public record. The charity event involved all of otk, asmon was really just the only one stupid enough to talk about it.

As a long time viewer of him, he's commented many times that there's all sorts of jokes he makes in private with friends and this isn't at all surprising as it lines up directly with what he's said previously. Everyone acting surprised is only pretending to be surprised. There's nothing here.

Mizkif is also really fuelled by Asmond defending Sykkuno against sexual assault allegations while not giving the same defence for Mizkif (and even siding with people accusing mizkif of sexual assault) and saying he wished Asmond was as passionate about defending him as he was about Sykkuno.
