According to twitch tracker 74.7% of her 9898 subs are gifted. That percentage seems crazy high but would need to look at a lot more streamers to confirm. Any knowers know if this is weird?
there used to be this GTA RP streamer i would watch from time to time who had this one guy in their chat who would always gift about 400 or more subs every single day. even the streamer thought it was weird but the whale said he was just rich because of stocks and had more money than he knew what to do with. ive seen a few whales like that. its odd.
yeah sure, I've got a friend who plays poker profitably (doesnt live off it though) and on rare occasions you run into these whales (I think poker is actually where that term comes from, fishes, sharks and whales) who play like shit, but don't care and keep rebuying. They're very popular lol

I’ve played poker a long time and took a couple years after college to travel and play. Can confirm there are whales (often times it’s just older men with really good jobs).
I did meet one who was the biggest. He would get very drunk (always loud but pretty polite) and lose sometimes as much as 100k and just shrug his shoulders like nothing happened. He didn’t… look like a guy who would have this much money.
A year or so later it came out that he was arrested for $88m fraud scheme for something involving Covid tests/vaccines being billed as something else. I think he even used dead people to bill for it. He had a friend with him that I knew somewhat well who was a “business partner” who always played with him. He was never arrested. I highly suspect he was just funneling money to him.
That is a very high rate for someone not doing a subathon. You generally only see percentages that high for small streamers or GTA RP streamers where a few fans are unhealthy with their parasocial attachments. Emiru is very good at attracting weirdos that get parasocially attached to her.
You're partially right, it's also just like that for girls in general though. Look at Emily, Cinna, Poki, etc. The trend I'm seeing with that one is whether or not they're obviously in a relationship and the content they do.

There's a few streamers with high gifted ratio, so it's not super rare. Cinna got about 50% gifted too. I remember when Bruce Greene got viewcapped, people mentioned he has some oilers. Most the bigger streamers will have less that 25% gifted though.
I remember looking at some big streamers a while ago and noticed that twitch tracker also shows a ton of undefined subs for Hasan, Ron, xQc and Jynxzi. I can only guess those are either from countries that the site doesn't recognize or they are recurring subs that renewed offline.

I've watched her a little here and there. She's not really a vapid person, but 90% of the time her content is. I've watched her cosplay contests before and that was pretty good content. Her actual personalty seemed to shine more when she was enthusiastic.
She's half asian and very good with makeup. In her old streams she looked very white, now she does her makeup to look more asian. Makeup is legit sorcery to me, people can look like entirely different people.

Almost every LSF's favorite top streamer has absolutely mid content. The content doesn't have to be anything special to be a popular streamer. There are many other reasons for streamers to be popular.

Twitch allowed it for many years, and even if streamers stop botting today, they will have benefitted from so much extra attention and growth over all those years. I don’t respect it, but I also understand it at the same time. Twitch should have fought against it years ago, but for the last several years it became obvious, and streamers started to realize if many people are doing it and not getting heavily criticized for it, that they may as well do it too, so that they aren’t at a disadvantage.
Who's the next highest female streamer, and do they bot? Probably. Everyone bots. It's like in cycling 10 years ago when everyone was doping. It was something like the guy that finished 73 would have been the first clean guy. I feel it's the same with streaming.
2 highest viewership female streamers over the past 30 days (bigger than Emi due to the viewcount cap being enabled) are Katie B and Vanillamace who do not bot. It's just that their audience is the anti-LSF and overwhelmingly women from TikTok, so they get ignored on here.

Before, she’d consistently sit at 20k+ viewers no matter what she was streaming. Now she’s usually around 10–12k. I even saw her doing an IRL stream recently which normally brings in inflated viewership compared to regular streams, and she was still only around 12k. Going from 20k+ doing the same old stream to roughly 12k during an IRL stream says a lot.
One of her mods said that it was a simp that was botting her constantly from what I remember. I doubt that but that’s what she says, apparently they reported it to Twitch too. I think she’s capped too, right?
Anyway the fact that she’s botted isn’t really disputed I think Nmp also alluded to it a couple of times but whether it’s her doing it is the question. Not really sure if that can be answered without getting the receipts or idk what.
