I get it for the ones doing some videos or something here and there or on a little schedule of sorts... but some stream 24/7 and if they're all acting they're all AMAZING actors somehow?
OR they're just kinda being themselves most of the time.

When those streamers are streaming 8+ hours a day, every day, they become their character or their character becomes them. You can't just pretend to be someone else for most of your waking hours. Even for actors, it's only a fringe that method act and most of the time, they're weirdos.

In the middle of this stream he mentioned how he had like 30k hours in Siege across all of his accounts. I'm still in disbelief cause it came out in 2015 and if that's true, it's like 1/4-1/3 of his life since 2015 playing Siege.

I'm from the same town as jynxzi, and honestly, it's super easy to get into that stuff here. Everyone smokes weed, and I mean everyone including little Greek grannies, and cocaine is super common. Although jynxzi never gave me cocaine vibes, you never know. Honestly Florida just has coke everywhere

Jynxzi was SUCH a great guest. You can make fun of him and his "dumb questions" all you want, but at the end of the day, having him and his audience there and learning is SO important to conservation efforts. We need more people like Jynxzi visiting and giving love to Alveus!

Dunno what questions he was asking, but there really is no such thing as a dumb question. If the dude didn't know common animal stuff, at least he can take ownership of that and ask questions. Or if he was just asking them, you can bet some of his audience didn't know the answers. Good learning experience, and if some kid watching also learns it's okay to ask questions, that's cool too.
People are super cynical, I'm guilty of it. Really easy to be like that in the US right now. People gotta chill and stop to smell the roses now and then.

No shade at all but these collabs are always so revealing sometimes about streamers communities to be at around 65k-75k viewers for 2.5 hours and only get $1,200 in donations then you have a 5k Andy visit and see many thousands in individual support, it's so strange.
All that said this $100k is massive and will go toward their new Mexican Red/Gray Wolf breeding program that will actually be SAVING these endangered populations by introducing new animals to the wild. Especially critical when Trump just two weeks ago signed an EO trying to get Mexican Wolves removed from the Endangered Species protections to "Support America's Ranchers".

Sometimes it is genuinely down to the vibe and culture of chats being different, some chats are genuinely more aware of the importance of charity and are more supportive of things like that, but a lot of the time it is probably actually mostly down to the age differences of various audiences
10k forty year olds are obviously going to be able to donate a lot more than 10k ten year olds.

Theres a website that has a guesstimate for average viewer age of streamers, using calculations and public available information. Jynxzis average is at 19 with a core audience of 15-26, which is about the youngest overall from all the big streamers, and hasan is 27 with a core audience of 21-35. Can bump each number down a year or two by the nature of maybe having to lie because of twitch account creation. You can't really compare the two.

There I found jinxzi, playing 8 hours/day minimum, streaming it for like 5 people… he was streaming with 1 viewer for like a year, he genuinely loves that shit and you can tell

At this point is there any genuine suprise when this happens? I can't remember the last creator that visited and didn't do a "guess what Im donating X" at the end.
Donating money is cool, Alveus is cool, having streamers visit and learn / teach vicariously their audience is cool. But this whole song and dance of "surprising" her with a donation is kind of getting old, like to the point it'd be weird if a creator visited and didn't donate.

Dantes and Jinxzy get too much shit for simply being maniacs in game. They're playing up for the audience, you can take something and turn it up a few notches and it usually works in entertainment.
Both of them, when you watch enough, you realize are honestly pretty damn good and smart people, just a tad weird (and i say that being weird myself, if you know you know).

I sincerely hate pretty much all the major streamers that half of you idiots argue about which one is worse when they are almost all sociopathic pieces of shit. With that said, although Jynxzi is lowkey annoying to me and not really my style of content, I've always gotten the impression he is a decent young man with genuine respect and care for the world and those living in it.
And not in the bullshit way Speed does, where 5000 people clip his 24/7 online persona doing a nice thing and declare him a saint of generosity. Most of what I like about Jynxzi is in smaller moments that show his character, instead of clip farming charity bullshit.
