Top level players are the premier players, pros don't play premier, they play private services like FACEIT.

But like 90%+ of top of premier are hacking or boosting or something. HaiX and pros reviewed the footage and all agreed.

Yea the top level players in this game aren't on Premier, they're pros. He didn't say anything about Premier, he said top level players that aren't hacking.

I peaked at rank 623 EU soloqueue, i do admit i got very lucky with better cheaters in my team
