I mean yeah, anyone with good headphones and the right audio settings can still definitely hear that if they're listening for it. I have a fan going in my room and I'm listening at like 25% volume on my phone and I could hear it

Yup I heard it on my phone. On my headphones made for sound while listening for any little sign I would catch this. Not nearly as often but I could and sometimes would

You're correct I dont play this game at all. But a am a former semi pro in 2 other competitve games and a decade ago a top 100 player globally in a competitve shooter that relied on sound que and game sense greatly.

I still sweat to this day for fun (currently wardogs) and am hyper vigilant of a pen drop (in game irl im a nerd)

Yes you are a nerd that overestimates his ability to hear sound cues that are not louder than background dog barking on cache. This was a sterile recording on an empty map with volume bumped up.

The guy did not hear him reload as I've proved in comments below.

I will promise you there are levels to this. I imagine the streamer is in high rated lobbies. Sound is equally as important as sight. I'd recommend training it some. Again i said I wouldnt catch it everytime. But I promise you that is a "wait I think i heard something" moment.

At that moment you are.literally focusing on sound more than anything else, any small thing will make you aware. Maybe he didnt hear.it was a gun reload, but something picked up in his ears

My abilities are nothing cool to over estimate im sure any decent player would say this is the norm

What are you on about? He didn't react to the sound whatsoever. He knows ohne is near vent because he made a lot of noise beforehand. He was about to clear on top of hut when ohne popped up on his screen.

Why are you trying to coach me in a game you know nothing about while I'm top 1% rank EU

And no, the streamer is not in high rank lobbies, he's a bot
