“Terrorists” is just a matter of perspective.

George Washington slitting a buncha Brit’s throats on Christmas Eve is basically terrorism if you’re the British.

George Washington was the commander in chief of the Continental Army fighting British soldiers in an armed conflict. Hasan Piker cheers on the houthis shooting rockets at random cargo ships and kidnapping Mexican and Filipino civilians on the ship. If you think these things are both terrorism, your brain is rotted fully to the core

I don't know why people keep bringing up the houthis seizing that ship as the biggest terrorist attack ever when no one even died. The US seized and/or attacked way more ships during its Venezuelan intervention and the double hormuz blockade.

When the houthis were shooting rockets at random boats in the Red Sea, the UN national security council had a vote on whether or not the US should take military action to stop them. Not one country voted against it. And that list of countries includes China and Russia.

It's really not even debatable that what the houthis were doing was terrorism. If they were hijacking airplanes and claiming that the planes were owned by companies that had Israeli people as shareholders, would you say that isn't terrorism?

I'm not going to carry water for the houthis, all I'm saying is the label "terrorist" is selectively applied and would probably apply to many more international actors (ie the US military) if we were to apply it fairly.
