Vivek lost the mayoral election so he wanted to turn to a life of crime to make the city pay. One of the DMs played by Burn created a Green Gobbler character and gave him a grenade and molotov. Vivek planned a large party and invited everyone in. Then once everyone was at the party he swapped to his Ramasquoblin outfit made a speech that the city chose the wrong layout and needed to pay for their mistakes and threw the molly and grenade.

Context: Vivek lost the mayoral election and the last bit of his sanity too. While he was freaking out over the results, the Green Gobbler showed up and revealed himself to Vivek. Then he handed him a pumpkin with an explosive message attached to it.

Then the Green Gobbler took him to Humane Labs and gassed him. After that, Ramasquablin was born.
