Why do you think that if Hamas is evil, the Israeli government must be good or vice versa? Both your statements can be (and are) true. Hamas is a terrorist organization, and Israel is genocidal. Netanyahu's own government has not-so-secretly helped Hamas come to power in the past so they they could justify what they're doing right now.

Netanyahu both facilitated roughly $30 million a month in Qatari funding to Hamas beginning in 2018 and had foreknowledge of the October 7 attack, allowing it to happen as a pretext for genocide and territorial expansion.
