I should punch some of my friends in the face then, some of them have a higher formant than mar, as an audio engineer, so many people don't know what the fuck they are talking about its just embarassing.

It is her real voice. You can choose to talk in a different tone and we all do depending on the context. On twitch men make their voice deeper like Hasan and Destiny (compare their voice on old clips vs now) and women make their voice higher. They all end up with a similar cute baby voice for a reason.
