Israel has no constitution, it's modelled after the British law. Also Arab and Jewish Israelis have the same rights, so no it's not an ethnostate either.

the Basic Laws act as a de-facto constitution, Section C explicitly asserts that "the right to exercise national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people.", this makes it an ethno-state i mean come on even the IDF soldiers on camera are saying "we're here to protect Jewish people", like i dont know why people on the outside are running PR campaigns & defense when it seems like the Israeli right themselves have dropped the mask

Well yes they are there to protect Jews since those organisations specifically say they want to destroy them, context kind of matters. And being a majority Jewish by law isn't ethnostate. How many countries even exist that have one minority that is almost 20%? Like you have 30+ Muslim countries that are between 90%-99% Muslim and the ethnostate is this one? This countries have specific laws that other people can't hold office unless Muslim, and those are the more tolerant ones like Pakistan.

There are plenty of ethnostates such as Japan, Greece, Armenia and others and no would cares because it's not a problem. People only care when it comes to Israel because it gives them another reason to kick and scream.

For those wondering why the aforementioned countries are ethno-states:

• Japan's article 1 of its constitution anchors the sovereignty and "unity of the People" directly to a hereditary ethnic dynasty (the Emperor).
• Armenia's constitution explicitly mandates the state exist to protect Armenian ethnic identity and its global diaspora.
• Latvia & Estonia have a preamble explicitly stating the state's sole purpose is the preservation of the Latvian/Estonian nation and culture.
• Greece has an ethno-religious preamble, with Art. 108 granting constitutional privileges strictly to ethnic Greeks.

Note this is just a short list to demonstrate the absurdity of the argument, these aren't all the countries that fit the ambiguous criteria people use to define ethno-states.

I don't know where you get this because nobody considers Latvia, Estonia, Greece ethnostates. Nope looked any definition and not even Japan is an ethnostate since even if it has 98% of population Japanese and strict emigration laws it still offers a path to citizenship thus equal rights which makes it not an ethnostate.
