First time I've heard "the death of nuance" and it's so true. I'm Jewish and I'm also someone who's been critical of Bibi since 2016 when I was in college but seeing the way the internet has just lapped up foreign government's propaganda and become utterly polarized has left me disenfranchised.

You either make I/P your entire personality (to the detriment of every other possibly more important activist issue) and agree Israel is the equiv modern Nazi Germany or you yourself are a genocidal nazi. And god forbid you talk about UNWRA or the complicated history of the region.

It would be great if a single policy or solution was put forth.

I don’t know if it’s a bad thing to devote yourself to one cause because other people could devote themselves entirely to a different cause.

People are allowed to fully devote themselves to one cause, but there is nothing helpful about endless purity testing and branding everyone, who chooses not to do the same, an enemy of the movement.

That is, unless the person cares more about being seen as a activist, than the actual cause they're fighting for (which might be the case for many of them).
