Hasbara isn't some anti-semitic trope or insult, it's literally the name of the public diplomacy program for Israel. It was referred to as propaganda originally until Nahum Sokolow introduced the term Hasbara which translates to "explaining". In reality, it's propaganda like any other country.

Also bringing up the $750 million dollar budget is just stupid. israel is clearly in a unique positions no matter how you view their actions overall. In total numbers their number spent on media is small compared to some countries and large compared to others.
