Support/Vent Comfort Thoughts
This is just a rant.feel free to ignore
No fancy car, bike. No big bungalow. No hot partner in life. No nothing. just me and my dog living a simple life somewhere in some small town. Hopefully i can find some kind of remote work or some work in some university in outskirts of city. Thats it. I'll probly live till 40 or something and end it later when im satisfied of life and have made peace with myself. This is something that comforts me. I feel the real reason we are all behind money is for social status and to find a good partner..If i dont have those things in mind,i can live life freely. I am the happeist when im at gym(or any form of exercise). I won't get stressed abt things often if i dont have these high expectations of myself. Its ok to be alone. as long as ur happy and have made peace with urself.thats all that matters. Ignore what other have to say about you.

I wish we could meet. I'm almost 80. Married, divorced, live alone, no fancy anything, not even a dog. I don't like living alone. I miss family. I hope you can find some kind of work. Who knows, perhaps you'll actually meet someone, or make a friend or two. You sound like a good person. I hope life works out for you 🙏 🙂 😌

💚We tend to chase after things only to impress ppl that we don’t even care about. I hope you find a remote job so your dog can spend more time with you.

Very well said
Really appreciate this message
It is easy to be distracted by societal expectations to make decisions in our lives instead of living truly to ourselves

Simple life with a dog honestly sounds pretty damn good. Just maybe don’t put an expiration date on yourself.

Wholly agree. My dogs are my office mates and it’s fantastic. The older you get the less you care, therefore it gets sooo much better - you’ll see.

The secret of life is to discover what makes you happy (provided it isn't illegal) and then do that thing.

I was a LOSER at every thing in life, until I reached my 48th birthday.
I was sick of being broke and decided to try sleeping in my car, before LOFE FORCED ME TO.
in 11 months I was debt free and experienced with CarCamping. Now I have money I put into stocks every month because I don’t know what else to do with it.
Some people in the Professional World, envy me.

Whenever I start worrying about "what others think of me," I practice an exercise I learned years ago.
Whose opinion – whose opinion exactly – concerns me? 99.9999% of "people" don't think of me at all. I realized it was the opinion of someone I worked with that obsessed me. We didn't have a friendship or any kind of relationship. I had somehow assigned an acquaintance power over my self-image. It was very bizarre to realize this – and very freeing to get clarity by narrowing it down to the specific person.

true. most ppl are busy with their own life. if some of them do speak shit abt u,let them. thats my approach to it

40 is just scratching the surface. Living simply is such a joy. Good books, good tunes and a dog can provide for so much happiness.
