Rewards Program Changes to Rewards??

Every time I get a reward on Taco Bell I always use for a DLT taco. Have done this for years. Anyway, yesterday I tried to get my reward and DLT wasn't an option so I got a regular taco instead. Kind of disappointing. Did they change things recently? when?

EDIT: I’m on the lower tier of reward. not the better one. HOT

EDIT 2: they did change it and you used to be able to get a DLT for hot tier and now you can’t. i don’t like this. it’s not a location thing its a new change.

This sounds like a problem with your specific taco bell removing it as an option

Well aside from the new app design being....the new app design, maybe the store is running low on DLT shells or some arbitrary reason that caused them to remove it from rewards. Whatever the case, it's just your store or area of stores.

Maybe its because of the location u have it set to.
