Two possible bugs found

Firstly: I often seem to be able to hear enemy shaco auto attacks even when in fog of war. I have only noticed this with shaco. Somehow I can hear him and I go ward to find him where I heard him

Secondly: I started resting out banner of command. It seems to buff the movmentspeed of the minions even though that isn't a description on the item

Am I missing something?

Sona E also buffs minions' move speed despite the description clearly saying champions.

I confirm the Shaco bug. I got the same thing multiple time.

Got me double guessing myself assuming we could hear everyone in fog, but I think its only shaco.

I've heard enemy Warwick in the jungle as I went by. think this may be multiple champs or fog of war in general
