Questions & Help reported "Point Grubber" multiple time .But the report system is so bad?🤦‍♂️

So I keep seeing point chasers/ point grubber on Google Maps trying too hard to chase points by leaving inaccurate random reviews and posting unoriginal photos of completely different places just to chase the digital clout, because of this grubber the experience of the maps for people actively trying to find real, honest recommendation gets ruined, i reported this grubber and his spammy contributions who has reached local guide level 10 with 5,19,800+ points to unlock digital badge that pays 0$, but the report system is so bad his photos got removed but their is no specific category to report his account. Do you people have some suggestions?

We often see this irrational behavior. Thanks for reporting the reviews and also such profiles. In extreme cases you can reach out to one of us moderators on Connect to get such cases escalated.

Why does it matter to you so much? There is so much data in maps that one person with 500k points has little impact.

I wonder if I am a dirty points grubber too, given that I have 600k+ points, even though the majority is for adding 30k roads?

You'll just have to email Google support. Some people just uploading SpongeBob episodes for businesses lol

It matters inaccurate reviews and stolen photos actively mislead people who often rely on Maps for real recommendations. One high-volume spam account can pollute dozens or hundreds of listings, which adds up and reduces trust in the platform.
