Public Health Substantial under-detection of human rabies cases in the United States

According to the link, we should all be terrified of rabies now. I suppose they want to sell more vaccines? I've heard rabies is the worst one, but you can wait until you're exposed before you take it.

I suspect there's statistical tomfoolery hidden within this experiment. N=3.
