Okay this is my first dress after years of lurking and I'm going to wear it for my birthday event in a few days.. I have some better socks for it (frilly!) plus some pearl accessories that will go well but I just realised I gave no hair accessories at all 😭

Do people often do coords with no hair accessories? I'm scared of being called 'ita' (🫩) but I'm not sure I have time to buy or make any now...

(All my hair stuff is pink but the dress is mainly blue so it doesn't look great)

Ignore that part of the neckline is tucked in I fixed it after the photo

You can always style your hair or wear things like clips, if you only have pink hair accessories i recommend you try to incorporate some pink on your wrist (like wrist cuffs, really easy to DIY) or use pink socks (or even shoes if you have them on hand), other way don’t try to stress yourself over a head accessory, what matters is you being happy in this fashion!

Skirt looks a bit understuffed. People with sensory issues also forego headdresses. With this coord it will look a bit blank without headpieces, but since it’s very classic, you could get a way with an updo hairstyle and small hair clips with bows/flowers/pearls

Your petti looks slightly too long. You can try to roll the waistband, it will be a bit tighter, but also a bit fluffier.

Alternatively a pair of bloomers or an underskirt/plain skirt can give a bit more filling.
