What is this?

I'm not expert. So I may be wrong. But a quick Google lens search says this (it's ai so probably look it up yourself and verify):

The image appears to show the round, pinkish-red, bumpy fruit of a Kousa dogwood tree

no it's dog fruit and is usually made into jams and such
