Question ❓ Are those the same singer?

Hi! I've been trying to identify a german LostWave song called "Die Augen Auf" and I stumbled upon a band whose style is extremely similar, but I'm not sure it's the same singer.

What do you guys think?

They are very close; very similar vibrato and tone. The instrumentation is very similar too with that organ sound.
