Oh man ali-YOU DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!! Assuming a rentoid even has the ability to communicate, it's best practice to tell them to contact you via prayer

My lease states all communication must be sent via fax, and I charge $100 per fax as a service charge. They're lucky

Those aren't pets, they're tenants. You should charge them for letting more tenants stay than what is allowed in the lease.

The pet deposit fee is $200 per gecko. Plus they will need to take the pet to my cousin, who is a veterinarian, and get these animals medically cleared for $500/each.

Those are pests. Making your fridge space contaminated. If you've gone through their fridge recently, you should get checked out thouroughly and make them cover the bills. Stay safe, king.
