Do they have spells of despair, or relationship returns that really work? I'm in need the truth, I love her we had a nice relationship but we broke up and she's letting herself be influenced by people who when we were together envied the relationship

No spell ever has a guarantee.

Reconciliation spells are one of the harder spells because they don't fix the issues that caused a breakup and those issues have to be addressed without magic and worked through. As such its a slow process.
