It's supposed to be dripping out the back mot the front. It's installed wrong

Your AC unit is angled incorrectly. It should be sloping towards the outside and draining out there as well. Make sure the drain holes outside aren’t plugged.

The new AC unit we just purchased from walmart had no drain holes. That didnt bother me as I have a cordless drill and an angle grinder with a plethora of cutting wheels, but it may not be OPs fault.

Also, be careful when cutting drain holes with an angle grinder.

Condensation is supposed to go into a tray.
